Floor Plans and Prices

Note:

Regular and Life Lease values, as well as Maintenance and Reserve Fees that are shown, are estimates only and will be confirmed at the time the Life Lease Agreement is signed by SCCSHI.

In addition to the Maintenance and Reserve fees listed there is also a monthly Nursing Fee currently established in the amount of $23.00 per person.

Examples

1.0 Full Life Lease residents pay an Entrance Fee equal to the Full Life Lease Value and then make a monthly payment consisting of the Maintenance Fee and the Reserve and Nursing Fees.
E.g. Assuming a resident wishes to Life Lease a Forestberry Unit, he/she would pay an Entrance Fee of $213,900.00, and then pay a total of $800.00 ($640.00 per month for the Maintenance Fee plus $160.00 per month for the Reserve Fee) per month, plus an additional $23.00 per person nursing fee.

2.0 Conventional Residents pay no Entrance Fee and pay the Monthly Rental Rate plus the Monthly Maintenance and Nursing Fees.
E.g. If a resident wishes to Lease on a conventional basis, a Forestberry Unit, the monthly payment would be $2,142.00, ($1,502.00 rent and $640.00 Maintenance Fee) per month, plus an additional $23.00 per person nursing fee.

3.0 Life Lease residents may also pay an Entrance Fee less than the total Life Lease value. They would then pay a monthly fee equivalent to a portion of the Rental rate, plus the Maintenance and Nursing Fees and a portion of the Reserve Fee.
